03 Bathing in Oranges
Inspired by the idea of the “shower orange" and informed by surrealist approaches to transforming ordinary life through desire, imagination, and dream logic, I constructed a multi-sensory setting and a photographic series around the act of eating an orange in or after a hot shower to capture the intense joy and happiness of that specific moment.
04 Pulsing Orange
At the moment when my skin and the orange switch places,
the line between us becomes soft and disappears. I am no longer just looking at the orange—I am next to it, living with it, and equal to it.
It elevates my perspective on life: I align with a posthumanist perspective that challenges human-centered thinking, proposing that humans should not only care about other humans but also attend to tiny surroundings.
